Associate Director of Property Management

What is your role at BRIGS, and what does your day-to-day look like?

My role is Associate Director of Property Management. As a brief description, I manage a portfolio of Condominium Associations which include the day to day operations of the sites, managing the financial aspects of the Association and communicating with Association Homeowners & Vendors.

What’s the most rewarding part of your job? 

When your hard work is recognized by the Board of Trustees, homeowners and my peers.

What’s something you find challenging about your work? 

Balancing all the different aspects of Property Management is most challenging. You must be very organized and be able to prioritize without offending.

A weekend get-away with some outdoor activity, a few hours at a nice restaurant or pub for good food,drinks,music and good people.
